Free Shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on every order to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.
Delivery Times
Due to high demand, orders currently take 6 to 12 business days to arrive after dispatch. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress. Tracking can take 2 to 4 business days to update after dispatch.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at info@rovae.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed.
Customs and Import Fees
We ship from outside some of the countries we deliver to. In rare cases, local customs may apply an import fee. Where this happens, the customer is responsible for the charge.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email us at info@rovae.co with your order number. We will investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
